Who to Contact About Questions or Concerns
If you have information about unethical behavior, criminal activity or any other work-related concern, you should speak with your supervisor or an appropriate person in the University office that has oversight authority for the policy or activity to which your concern relates. A list containing contact information for the offices and individuals who have responsibility for the University's compliance in various areas is available in the Compliance Area Accountability section of this website. The best way to resolve most concerns is to raise them directly in the University office or component where the concern arises.

Compliance Helpline
If you are uncomfortable talking directly with your supervisor or another manager, you may contact the offices listed above or the office listed in the Compliance Area Accountability section of this website. Alternatively, you may use the University’s Compliance Helpline. The Compliance Helpline provides a confidential and anonymous (if desired) mechanism for reporting concerns about any aspect of University compliance that you are uncomfortable raising through regular channels. The Compliance Helpline is managed by the Office of Compliance and Ethics with the help of a company called EthicsPoint.
The Georgetown Compliance Helpline system is operated on EthicsPoint's secure server and provides both telephonic and web-based reporting options. The Helpline system is available to you 24-hours per day every day of the year. EthicsPoint's system allows you to report problems or concerns, check on the status of your report and provide further information or respond to follow-up questions the University may have about it, all while remaining anonymous if you wish.
To use the Compliance Helpline to report compliance concerns or ask questions, you may call 888-239-9181 to reach the Compliance Helpline Call Center and speak with a trained EthicsPoint respresentative. Alternatively, you may click on the following link to access the web-based reporting system:
